In Lithuania, CASP licenses are issued and regulated by the Financial Crime Investigation Service (FCIS).

CASP License Timeline in Lithuania

MiCA’s rollout includes strict deadlines, and Lithuania is no exception. Here’s what’s ahead:

• December 30, 2024 - MiCA officially takes effect across the EU
• TBD 2025 - Deadline to submit CASP license applications (final date to be confirmed)
