The Financial Services Regulatory Authority (or FSRA) is a financial market regulator in Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). The ADGM is a financial-free zone in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

The FSRA must provide VASPs with a license before they can start offering to provide financial services within the Abu Dhabi Global Market. VASPs must comply with relevant AML/CFT regulations established in the area.
