This Refund Policy applies exclusively to purchases made through Scorechain AI and Scorechain Bot.
This Refund Policy does not apply to Scorechain Enterprise products and services, which are governed by separate contractual agreements between Scorechain and its customers.
Scorechain AI and Scorechain Bot providedigital services, including blockchain analytics, risk assessments, scoringinformation, reports, and other digital content generated on demand.
Due to the immediate nature of thedelivery of these services, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
By purchasing and using the Services, youacknowledge that:
● The Service is deliveredimmediately after purchase;
● The Service consists of digitalcontent generated on demand;
● The Service is deemed fully delivered once a report, score, analysis or other output has been generated ormade available;
● No refund, credit, or exchangewill be provided after delivery.
Refunds may only be granted at Scorechain's sole discretion in the following circumstances:
● Duplicate payments resulting from a technical error;
● Incorrect charges caused by a billing error attributable to Scorechain;
● Failure to deliver the purchased Service due to a verified technical issue attributable to Scorechain.
Any refund request must be submittedwithin fourteen (14) days of the transaction by contacting support@scorechain.com.
Refunds will not be granted for:
● Disagreement with a score, report, assessment, or analytical result;
● Dissatisfaction with the outcome of an investigation or analysis;
● Changes in blockchain data occurring after the report has been generated;
● Failure by the user to utilize the generated content;
● User misunderstanding of the information provided.
Where a refund is approved, it will be issued using the original payment method used for the transaction.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution involved.
