Since 2015, we have developed a leading-edge suite of software tools to verify the origin of various cryptocurrencies, investigate forensics, and support companies’ Anti-Money Laundering compliance implementation. Scorechain is serving 200+ customers in 35 countries and has partnerships with leading financial players such as PwC, Taurus or Swisscom.

We are currently looking for our VP Business Development

Do you have a strong background in leading business development and team management? A good network in the financial or crypto industry? Are you passionate about blockchain and cryptocurrencies? Are you ready to be a key person of the company and contribute to its development?

Your mission: 

  • Manage a growing international sales and biz dev team of 5 people, and scale that team up more in the next months and years.
  • Develop and implement strategies for introducing our services and growing the business in the targeted sectors and geographies.
  • Negotiate contracts and partnerships with institutional and large accounts and corporations.
  • Lead our participation at conferences, meetups and fairs.
  • As a Senior Manager you will directly report to the CEO and you are part of the Management Team. You interact regularly with the marketing and product managers in the strategic decision-making.

The key requirements:

  • Relevant experience in motivating, managing and scaling a sales / biz dev team, ideally in a fast growing start up / scale up;
  • Relevant development experience in management of international B2B development, such as sales, business development and negotiation in the financial industry.
  • Ideally, experience in the SaaS, licensing & subscription business.
  • Excellent organisational and analytical skills, experience in the management of a CRM platform and in building out key sales KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • You speak English fluently and ideally master other languages.
  • Previous experience and/or knowledge in the crypto assets industry would be a plus.
  • Master Degree / Graduate Business School.

Our company is headquartered in Luxembourg with offices in Paris and Berlin/Frankfurt but your location can be remote.

We offer an attractive package and this position is eligible for our company stock option plan.
