Highly skilled at sales and business operations, this person will join and inspire a team of like-minded go-getters to achieve our company vision.
Scorechain is at the forefront of technology solutions that ensure compliance of virtual asset transactions with a complex array of regulatory mandates. We have developed a leading-edge suite of software tools that verify the origin of various cryptocurrencies, investigate forensics, and support companies’ Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance implementation. Scorechain is serving 250+ customers in 40 countries and supports deep partnerships with leading financial institutions and companies globally.
We are currently looking for Business Development for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, based in Germany.
To support our rapid growth in the DACH region, and secure our presence in the German market, we are looking for high-energy sales and business development professionals.

Objectives of this Role
- Based in Luxembourg or Germany, with reach into Austria, and Switzerland.
- Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities by driving the growth of Scorechain towards finance institutions (banks, financial institutions, family offices, asset managers, etc.) and to crypto native companies
- Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships
- Implement strategies with the support of our marketing team for introducing our services and growing the business in the targeted sectors and geographies
- Negotiate contracts and partnerships with institutional and large accounts and corporations
- Participate at conferences, meetups, and fairs
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer loyalty through excellent customer service where you are supported by Scorechain’s internal Customer Satisfaction team
Skills and Qualifications
- You speak German natively and business English
- Bachelor’s degree in business or management
- Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working experience with sales techniques
- Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
- Proven ability to plan and manage resources
- Experience with CRM software (i.e., Salesforce, Pipedrive)
- Ability to deliver presentations
- Master’s degree / Graduate Business School
