We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. The candidate should be able to work independently, to assist management of the company by handling office tasks, providing professional assistance, making reservations or travel arrangements, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

To be successful as an administrative assistant, the candidate should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. The Administrative assistant must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. Most importantly, you should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others.

What is your mission?

  • Managing documents, files, and internal databases
  • Providing real-time scheduling support and assisting in various daily operations
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities
  • Handling of supplier and client invoices
  • Preparing payment instructions
  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.

What are the key requirements?

  • Prior administrative experience
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent computer and communication skills, especially typing
  • Attention to detailand autonomous
  • A team player in international environment
  • You have an excellent command of English, French and German
  • Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
  • Associate’s Degree in a related field
